Lateral Thigh Trainer Reviews

Is the second generation Lateral Thigh Strider better than its predecessor?

We can say before we begin our Lateral Thigh Trainer reviews that without question, this updated exerciser is better than the Lateral Thigh Strider that preceded it.

That being said, let's discuss exactly what this new "As Seen on TV" infomercial item is all about:

The thigh trainer is a variation on the everyday steppers (and an improvement on the previous Lateral Thigh Strider model), in that you can move in and out as well as up and down, in a "bi-directional, skating-like motion". It is meant to provide a fuller lower body workout, targetting the thighs and glutes, as well as providing some abdominal strengthening. The thigh workout stepper offers a low impact cardivacular workout much like ordinary steppers, climbers and elliptical machines.

You can track your strides, workout time as well as calories, and a workout video, training manual and food plans are included.

Lateral Thigh Trainer Reviews - The positives and the negatives

Positives: The majority of our testers did report a solid, effective low-impact workout, although the motion did take some getting used to. They reported increased toning in the lower legs and abdominal area after six weeks of activity. Those who also owned the Lateral Thigh Strider claimed this was a huge improvement.

Negatives: One reviewer that the some of the values on the "training computer", i.e. the calories burned, were not working properly. A few complained of loud squeaking noises that developed after extended usage.

Fitness Events Opinion & Recommendation:

After our extensive Lateral Thigh Trainer reviews we believe that this thigh workout stepper is definitely an effective workout tool, especially for lower body toning and cardiovascular benefits.

Squeaking is an unfortunate issue with many exercise machines, even those in professional gyms. However, due to the music and other exercisers, you tend not to notice as much as you would at home. As for the readout not working, this was only one of many units, and it might have just been defective from the start.

All in all, though, a good workout, and better than most steppers on the market.
