We began our Ab Lounge review much like many of our other tests of As Seen on TV products, with a degree of skepticism. However, we were pleasantly surprised with the results, and a majority of our testers were impressed with the quality of their workouts.
The Ab Lounge 2 Abdominal Exerciser is essentially a chair that enables you to do up to eight different ab exercises without the usual neck and back strain that you experience on the floor.
Our Ab Lounge review shows that it employs a "jackknife" motion, which is meant to provide increased emphasis on upper and lower abdominals as well as obliques (side muscles). It can support up to 250 lbs. on its steel frame, and retails for about $100. An instructional video is included, as well as an exercise and nutrition guide.
